Delivery
If you have any questions about the delivery of our products you've come to the right place. Take a look below for all the information you may need about different delivery options that Galt offer.
Check before you order
We carry extensive stock to avoid delivery delays, but if you want to check availability first call our customer service team on 08451 20 30 05.
Free delivery
Delivery is free on all orders over £300 (excl VAT), and just £4.95 for lower-value orders. A small handling charge of £2 will apply to orders under £50 (ex VAT).
Two-man delivery
Now when you order large items, our delivery team will carry your purchase into the room its destined for and will position it to your specification (60kg or below).
Galt Express Delivery (UK mainland only)
For urgent deliveries, call or fax your order before 11am and request our
Express Delivery service. So long as your item is in stock we can organise for it to be put on a 48 hour delivery service once its been dispatched. There is a flat charge of just £9.95 (+VAT) for orders of all values. Unfortunately we’re unable to dispatch large furniture and large play equipment, or items delivered direct from the manufacturer
Direct delivery
Delivered with care direct from the manufacturer, direct delivery items come separately from other orders. Many items are delivered within four weeks but please note some items may take up to eight weeks.
Made to order
Certain items are manufactured specially for you on request and may take a little longer to be delivered.
